Description
Participant recruiting is the process of finding and scheduling respondents for a given evaluation. In most cases, recruiting participants can be a tedious and time-consuming job, and Klein Research is equipped to relieve clients of that burden. With years of experience in finding and scheduling participants for a variety of evaluations, Klein Research offers quality recruiting services.
Prior to the start of recruiting, we have a discussion with the project team to understand the type of participants necessary for a given evaluation. We then develop a screener so that the team can review the questions that potential participants will be asked and the criteria that qualifies or disqualifies a participant. With the approved screener, Klein Research finds and schedules appropriate participants. After filling the evaluation date with participants, we distribute the completed schedule to the project team.
Timeline
The timeline varies based on the number of participants required for a given user evaluation. To ensure that quality participants are available, recruiting typically requires at least ten business days after receiving a purchase commitment.
Deliverables
Once an evaluation is completely booked, Klein Research delivers the project team a schedule and profile of all participants. We also handle all confirmations and reminders.
